A business may receive useful inquiries but lose time because replies depend on manual copying, memory, or unclear ownership. This service scopes a practical workflow so inquiries are captured, reviewed, drafted, approved, and tracked.
Reference workflow
The implementation pattern is business inquiry, structured capture and storage, AI summary and reply draft, human owner approval, approved customer response, and status or follow-up tracking.
Implementation options
Depending on scope, a customer workflow may use a form, inbox, sheet, database, CRM, workflow automation tool, AI model provider, or email sender. No specific legacy tool is mandatory.
Approval rule
No AI-generated customer-facing reply is sent without human approval. Automation may prepare internal summaries and drafts, but customer-facing messages, prices, commitments, and exceptions require review.
What is not included by default
This service does not include full CRM migration, paid advertising, unsupervised customer-facing replies, complex workflow builders, regulated advice automation, enterprise security review, or ongoing support unless separately scoped.
